Frozen pie crusts have been living in the freezer since thanksgiving, so i decided it was time to put them to use. I found this recipe for fried strawberry pies in a Southern Living cookbook and knew immediately i had to make them! It must be my southern roots because anything fried is good in my book!These have just enough filling and crust & are absolutely delicious! If you didn't get your sweets fix from valentines day, theses should fix that!
