There is something about a go to dish that can make you feel so housewifey. A little Betty Draper if you will, but without the alcoholic, cheating husband and three kids thing. We're also not blonde or housewives but you get the picture. Every lady has a dish that she can whip up in a moments notice and its our personal belief that anything with salad on the end is pretty much that kind of dish. Think about it, tuna SALAD, pasta SALAD, egg SALAD. Cesar SALAD, Greek SALAD. We could keep going but we think our salad point is made. The contents of all these 'salads' is just chopping and mixing. It's so easy a monkey could do it (although we wouldn't recommend that) This chicken salad we have for you is something of perfection. It's easy, delicious and takes no skill at all. It's perfect for picnic's, beach days, pool days, or a quick lunch for your kiddos. We can't take all the credit though. a very skillful lady turned us on to this recipe.
