When I first saw this sandwich on Chocolate and Carrots I was overjoyed with this cheesy goodness! Just the pictures alone were enough to make me swoon, and then the icing on the cake...PESTO! I mean who puts pesto on a grilled cheese? I bet you will now. This sandwich is really just that much better with all fresh ingredients, you cant beat it scouts honor! Ok so I was only a girl scout for maybe a day(and that's pushin' it) but still, take my word for it.
If you wanna take it on the wild side add a spiked lemonade, or better yet a minted vodka lemonade, it's delicious!!! Enjoy!
