There's something about Fiesta that makes all the food tastes so much better. When you walk through La Villita you get the wafting scents of marinating steak & gorditas on a cast iron skillet. Now who knows it could be the mexican beer or just the pure excitement of Fiesta that makes everything taste that much better. Either way the chalupa's, taco's & of course corn in a cup taste amazing. There's nothing fancy about this corn in a cup recipe, it's just purely simple but purely delicious.
