One little known fact about me is I LOVE soup. I mean EVERY kind of soup. My all time favorite soup is this tomato basil soup. It's so good that I pretty much compare every tomato soup recipe to it. I haven't really been able to find a recipe that even comes close but this one is the next best thing if you ask me. Oh & did I mention that this roasted tomato soup recipe has grilled cheese croutons. I mean as if this soup wasn't good enough they add these amazing little croutons.
